Located in the heart of the Ottawa Valley, Longview Farm was established in 1975 on 100 acres of an Ontario "Century Farm". Our mission is to produce quality thoroughbred horses.
Beginning in 1975 Longview began breeding thoroughbreds as performance show horses. Many "A" circuit thoroughbred hunters and line horses came from Longview over the years. In 1992 Longview began breeding for the race track. From a small but select broodmare band by such sires as Grey Dawn II, Irish Tower, and Imperial Falcon and Saint Ballado. Longview has produced runners, winners and stakes winners with earnings of $1 M. All of our yearlings are offered for sale privately or at public auction, either in the Canadian or Keeneland KY yearling sale.
